Additional Information About Your Purchase

We will gladly exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 7 days of purchase. There are absolutely no refunds available.

Our layaways are good for up to 1 year. However, layaways are not processed until a minimum of 50% deposit has been paid. On items which do not require special order generally require 7 days notice for pickup or delivery. A cancellation of a layaway is subject to a 50% fee of the total purchase amount.

Just Furniture, Inc. will make every effort to make sure your special orders will arrive as agreed upon on the sales order. No order will be placed before a minimum of 80% deposit has been paid. From the day that payment is made, special orders may take up to 2 - 8 weeks. JF-INC is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturers or shippers. Cancellations of special orders after the order has been placed are subject to a 50% cancellation fee with a store credit for the balance. No refund is possible after the order has been placed. If the buyer does not accept delivery within 30 days after the merchandise is available, JF-INC, will make that order available for resale. The original buyer must make arrangements to re-order and the additional order lead time will apply.

All sales are final. No cash refunds. No refunds to credit cards.

Online Delivery Charge is not final. Online delivery is between $199-$299. Not including setup fee.

Information About Your Delivery

You will find your delivery date on the front of your receipt with the day circled and the date written in. Please make a note of it in a convenient place and do not forget. Also, please ensure that the address we have written is complete and accurate. If we cannot make a delivery when scheduled because no one is home wor we do no have the correct address, you will be liable for a re-delivery charge. To change your scheduled delivery date, call at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

All deliveries are made from 8:00 AM until completion on the day scheduled. It is impossible to give a specific time of redelivery. Someone must be home to accept your order or a delivery fee will be incurred. Please ensure the day is convenient to receive your delivery or call us 48 hours before to reschedule your delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the size of the ordered furniture is to their needs. JF-INC will not be held responsible for any order that does not fit through any doorways or staircases. A 50% restocking fee will be charged for any returned merchandise. Although we try to show the best images for our products, sometimes colors are slightly different than shown. JF-INC will not be responsible for any color or shade difference than shown online or in a catalog. The customer is more than welcome to visit our showroom for viewing of the furniture before ordering.

Our delivery crew will put your new purchase in the room you specify. They will also remove and replace doors with pin hinges to facilitate delivery with the exception of screen doors and fire doors. For an additional charge, deliveries will be made which require walk ups more than 3 floors. We do not set up furniture as part of your sale. For set up pricing please refer to the delivery service pricing in the store.

JF-INC will assume no responsibility when it is found that the doorway, hallway, staircase, or elevator is too small tor too narrow to facilitate delivery of your merchandise. Unless the obstacles can be cleared or otherwise avoided the customer may be required to reselect smaller pieces that can be delivered to that address. Alternatively, JF-INC may retain 30% of the purchase price of the merchandise and the order will be considered cancelled. In cases where the merchandise has been special ordered the customer will be liable for the full purchase price of the merchandise.

If a COD amount has been approved in the case of your order it can only be paid in cash. The driver must collect the COD before any item can be delivered. Please have exact change as the driver’s cannot make change.
